By visiting the Web Assist website (https://www.webassistextension.com/) or using our extension, you are accepting the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What We Collect (and How it is Used and Shared)

Commercial information, including information about transactions you undertake with us.

We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work for us. Their use of personal data will be subject to appropriate confidentiality and security measures. A few examples: (i) payment processors who process transactions on our behalf, (ii providers who host our data and our services.)

Transactional information

If you purchase products or services from us, we will collect certain information from you that may include your name, address, email address, and information about the product or service you are purchasing. Your credit card and any other payment related information you enter is passed directly to our payment processors, Stripe and ExtensionPay, and doesn't ever go through our servers. We use this information to improve your experience, understand user activity, personalize content and advertisements, and improve the quality of our Services. For requests to delete personal information or know what personal information has been collected, we will first verify your identity using a combination of at least two pieces of information already collected including your user email address. If an authorized agent is corresponding on your behalf, we will first need written consent with a signature from the account holder before proceeding.
